As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the management of the whole site, standard, repairs and commercial properties to satisfy the requirements of the ownership and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management at Sandy Balls.
You will be fully responsible for the management of all contractual matters relating to property and the efficient management, operation, maintenance and performance of key properties. Health and Safety is crucial, and you will maintain a thorough knowledge of all Sandy balls policies and procedures, you will demonstrate a positive attitude to health and safety at all times, leading by example.
You will have experience in property maintenance, construction and buildings, with previous experience in a similar role. A financial understanding of budgets, P&L, purchasing and ordering is a must. Do you have the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, with excellent organisational skills and a problem solving attitude?
SEASONAL ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT
This is a seasonal role for Easter and Summer Holidays.
You will assist the activities team in the delivery of the activity programme.
You will be running a range of arts & crafts and physical activity programs, SImilar experience is preferable and you must be 18 or over, CRB/DBS cleared, experienced in working with children and delivering fun and action packed activity sessions.
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends, needs to meet the contracted hours with the potential to do more as and when to meet the demands of the business.
LEISURE ASSISTANT - FULL TIME
We are looking for a full time qualified lifeguard to join the Leisure team at Sandy Balls.
It is essential that you have a current NPLQ qualification and a can do attitude with great interpersonal skills. When not working on poolside you will assist with cleaning duties and there may well be opportunities to get involved with the other activities in the sport and leisure department.
As a lifeguard you will be tasked with ensuring that strict health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times with a particular emphasis on ensuring the quality of service in and around the swimming pool area in terms of vigilance, cleaning and health and safety whilst always offering excellent levels of customer service to our guests.
WARDEN (FULL OR PART TIME)
Your role is to provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests and visitors. Working a varierty of shifts including days and nights you will ensure that all guest and visitors enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. You are there to ensure the security of the site, safety of guests and visitors on site at all times and generally assist across the site when required. You will be the first point of contact for all guests and residents on site out of hours and can provide general maintenance.
You must have a full clean driving licence, first aid is an advantage, good local knowledge and a 'can-do, problem solving attitude'.
GROUNDS AND GARDENING ASSITANT
You will ensure the grounds and properties are kept in a safe and presentable condition to maintain the park's external grading criteria. You will comply with all park and industry guidelines whilst carrying out your duties and to work with other teams to ensure an efficient and professional service is consistently maintained. You will carry out general maintenance tasks to the grounds and interior and exterior of all our properties. You will assist with the upkeep of the treatment plant and any emergency blockages. you will maintain the trees, plants, hedges and grassed areas throughout the village and assist in the repair and maintenance of fences, roads, pathways and decking.
You will have a passion for grounds and maintenance, a horticultural qualification is desirable. It is crucial that you are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to ensure the village is tidy and presentable.

As a member of the sales team you will be able to confidently sell 5 star holiday experiences and provide excellent customer service. You will be working in a targeted environment where your ability to understand our guest's requirements and provide a solution will help you achieve your personal goals. You are able to work as part of a small team, influencing and motivating each other through your successes and putting the guest at the heart of everything we do.
You will operate predominantly on the telephone, but also via email and face to face. Dealing with customer enquiries, you have the skill and knowledge to convert conversations into bookings and the tenacity to add value in customers’ requirements. Your ability to communicate enthusiastically and confidently as well as develop a thorough understanding about what we offer is absolutely key.
Your enthusiasm, energy and drive will be evident, as will your talent in finding real solutions to problems that arise. Taking ownership and being fully responsible for your actions is paramount as we offer a highly empowered environment.
Your role will involve customer services as well as sales, so a passion to help others and resolve challenges is paramount. Because we operate a 24/7 business, weekend work and occasional evenings are required, on a rotation basis.

Do you have a positive "can do" attitude, outgoing and the drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets. You will have empathy and determination in abundance and will be friendly and able to contribute to the team and the business overall, as well as being organised.
HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANTS (CHANGEOVER DAYS)
Working Monday and Fridays, changeover cleaning requires attention to detail and working to high standards with an understanding of presentation.
Position duties include: stripping and making beds, kitchens to be cleaned and checked throughout, bathrooms deep cleaned and buffed to a shine, thorough vacuuming, moving and inspecting behind and under furniture, dusting and polishing all surfaces, reporting promptly all maintenance / inventory issues. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, as is a driving licence.
Working evenings and weekend, you will be part of the team in both our pub adn restaurant. Must have recent experience in both bar/waiting and epos till systems. All applicants must be 18 years of age and as above, must have bar/restaurant experience.
FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM LEADERS
Working in our busy restaurant, bar and function departments, providing high standard of professional and personal service and guest care. This role involves giving excellent customer service when greeting and serving guests, tables in are cleared in a timely manner and all areas are clean, tidy and well stocked at all times. You are responsible for the cashing up at the end of the shift and dealing with all aspects of the bar/restraint in the absence of the manager.
You must be enthusiastic, have great people and communications skills and you are self-motivated.
Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of a 7 day. Shifts will be given depending on the needs of the business (includes weekdays, evenings and weekends.
GAS & PLUMBER ENGINEERS - FULL TIME
We are looking to recruit a full time gas & plumber engineer to maintain a high level of service to the park in relation to maintenance of all properties on the site. To provide emergency cover for repairs etc.on boilers and plumbing systems as directed by the supervisor. To carry out the daily maintenance of the sewage treatment plant & pump stations as directed by the Supervisor.
Candidates must be gas safe qualified, and hold a plumbing qualification NVQ level 2 and be ACS accredited. LPG would be an advantage but full training can be provided.
