Properties Controller - Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a property controller to support our property maintenance operation at Sandy Balls Holiday Village. The responsibilities will be to prioritise works requests and arrange work schedules to our property engineers, manage contractors on site ensuring they carry out work in a timely, satisfactory and cost efficient manner and ensure all health and safety legislative requirements are adhered too. The candidate will hold previous experience in administering invoices, purchasing supplies and controlling costs within monthly budget restraints.

Excellent customer service skills are a necessity, a good level of IT literacy, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook and Excel is essential. You must be numerate with good verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience working within a similar role is essential with a background in a property maintenance would be beneficial.

Chef  De Partie
We are looking for a versatile chef to work in our busy restaurant and pub.  The ideal candidate will have a  NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent.  Must be able to work as part of a team and have minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.  We are also looking to recruit experienced food & beverage assistants who hold excellent skills & experience in restaurants & bars.  Must also have minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Guest Experience Assistant - Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a guest experience assistant to join our team here at Sandy Balls. You will need the following experience & attributes:

Face to face sales experience in a customer facing environment and accommodation sales.
Experience of working in a target driven environment, be focused on delivering targets, possess an excellent telephone manner. 
Ambitious, guest focused, passionate & energetic.  It is essential you are sales and target driven with a focus on maximising all sales leads. You will be required to provide excellent customer service through an innovative approach and a willingness to use initiative to provide solutions. It is essential to maintain a high standard of guest service in all aspects of the role which requires you to work on a rota basis evenings & weekends to provide a 7 day a week service to our customers. Salary is competitive with the opportunity to earn bonuses.

Beauty Therapists

We are looking for fully qualified and experienced beauty therapists to join our Hair and Beauty department at Sandy Balls Holiday Centre. Hold level 3 qualification and training with Decelor products would be preferable. Flexible hours available.

Gas & Plumbing Engineer - Full Time

We are also looking to recruit for a Gas & Plumbing Engineer to support the maintenance operation. Applicants must hold a gas safe qualification (LPG Preferable). Must be competent in plumbing instalation & repairs. Must be able to carry out a wide range of other general maintenance tasks, be organised, possess good customer service skills and work as a team player.
